HomePilot ("we", "us", "our") provides a home-management dashboard at homepilot-app.com. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We use your data to provide the service, secure your account, send transactional notifications (such as reminders), process payments, and improve HomePilot. We do not sell your personal data.
Data is stored with industry-standard cloud providers using encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is protected by row-level security so only you can read your own records.
We rely on trusted vendors for hosting, authentication, payments (Stripe), and email delivery. They process data only as needed to deliver their service to us.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account in Account Settings permanently removes your properties, documents, and profile.
We use only essential cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in and remember preferences.
HomePilot is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the release notes.

You can permanently erase every piece of information HomePilot stores about you — properties, addresses, photos, mortgage records, appliances, maintenance logs, warranties, contractors, documents, reminders, and your account itself. This action cannot be undone and we cannot recover the data after deletion.
Before deleting, you can export a copy of your data from Account Settings. If you only need help with a specific record, email privacy@homepilot-app.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
